CONTEST RULES / WPB BROADCAST SYSTEMS, INC. DBA, GENTEMAX

Participants

Contests may be entered by WPB Broadcast Systems, Inc. Dba, GenteMax (“GenteMax”), U.S. citizens or foreign legal residents of the United States, over 18 years of age, who comply with the terms and conditions of these rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”). Those interested in participating in the Contest must submit the requirements which will include the following personal data:

• Name/s and surname/s of the Participant

• Type and Number of Document.

• Participant’s address: [address, city, postal code]

• Participant’s email address

• Participant’s Phone

In the event that any of those interested in participating is between 16 and 18 years old, they must present the form with the signature of their parents or legal representatives, and attach a copy of their identity document and the birth certificate or enabling documentation that proves the link invoked, in order to give their agreement and approval.

It is a requirement to participate in the Contests to complete each and every one of the indicated data and that the data provided is true, accurate, current and authentic.

Participation in the Contest attributes the status of participant (hereinafter, the “Participant”) solely and exclusively to the extent that the interested parties comply with all the conditions established in these Regulations and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations.

The Participant -by this means- authorizes GenteMax so that without any type of compensation, payment and/or indemnity can make the public dissemination of his name and/or voice and/or image in any medium, including without limitation, television media, graphics, internet and/or through any other means of dissemination or communication created or to be created, at its discretion, without limitation of time or territories.

Any tax to be paid by the final winners of the Prizes and/or any expense for any reason incurred by the favoured parties in the draws or the final winners of the Prizes for the transfer, stay and other expenses to claim or withdraw them, where appropriate, will be at their sole expense.

GenteMax will communicate with the winners, after fulfilling the corresponding requirements. The awards ceremony will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Both the day and the schedule may be changed at the discretion of GenteMax. Winning status and the right to claim the Prizes are non-transferable. The right to receive the prize expires 30 days after it is made available and has not been withdrawn.

General

The mere fact of participating in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of these Regulations.

When unforeseen circumstances justify it, GenteMax may cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest.

These Rules are available to anyone interested in the Public Archives of GenteMax, 5881 NW 151 St. Ste. 212., Miami Lakes, FL 33014, Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 4:30PM.

The Participant declares and guarantees that he has all the rights and authority to participate in the Contest and that there is no legal, contractual, or any other limitation that could restrict and/or interfere and/or prevent the broadest and free exercise by GenteMax of those rights that may derive

directly and/or indirectly from the provisions of these Regulations, in particular with regard to the power to publicly display the winners.

The Participant undertakes to hold GenteMax harmless against any claim and/or judicial or extrajudicial action that for any reason is made and/or directed and/or prosecuted against GenteMax by any third party alleging directly or indirectly that the rights to the contest or prizes, its title, books, format, musical band and/or any other integral element of the Work violate and/or infringe and/or affect and/or limit and/or in any other way injure a trade name and/or a trademark and/or a “copyright” and/or an intellectual or industrial property right of a third party.

Employees of WPB Broadcast Systems, Inc. Dba, GenteMax, the sponsors of the Contest, their promotion and advertising agencies and/or other persons or companies directly linked to the organization of the Contests, or relatives by blood up to and including the second degree, or former employees of such companies or persons who have disassociated themselves from them within the 60 (sixty) days prior to the Contest, may not participate in the Contests of the start date of the Contest, neither their relatives, to the same degree, nor their friends.

Those who have been winners in the last 60 days will not be able to participate in the Contest.

Dba, GenteMax presentase para hacer cumplir este convenio o, en relación a, cualquier asunto relacionado a este sitio será presentado sólo en el estado o en las Cortes Federales ubicadas en el Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, y el visitante reconoce expresamente la jurisdicción de dichas cortes. Si cualquiera de las cláusulas de este convenio fuese ilícita, nula, o por cualquier razón resultase imposible de hacer cumplir, entonces dicha cláusula será considerada separada de este convenio y no afectará la validez y cumplimiento de las cláusulas restantes.

El presente es el acuerdo total entre las partes con relación a los asuntos aquí contenidos y no será modificado excepto por escrito, firmado por WPB Broadcast Systems, Inc. Dba, GenteMax.

NORMAS CONCURSOS / WPB BROADCAST SYSTEMS, INC. DBA, GENTEMAX

Participantes

Podrán participar en los concursos de WPB Broadcast Systems, Inc. Dba, GenteMax (en adelante, “GenteMax”), ciudadanos americanos o extranjeros residentes legales de los Estados Unidos, mayores de 18 años, que cumplan con los términos y condiciones del presente reglamento (en adelante, el “Reglamento”). Los interesados en participar de los Concurso deberán entregar lo requerido el cual incluirá los siguientes datos personales:

• Nombre/s y apellido/s del Participante

• Tipo y N° de Documento.

• Domicilio del Participante: [dirección, ciudad, código postal]

• Dirección de correo electrónico del Participante

• Teléfono del Participante

En caso que alguno de los interesados en participar, tuviere entre 16 y 18 años, deberá presentar el formulario con la firma de sus padres o representantes legales, y adjuntar copia de su documento de identidad y el acta de nacimiento o documentación habilitante que acredite el vínculo invocado, a efectos de prestar su conformidad y aprobación.

Es requisito para participar en los Concursos completar todos y cada uno de los datos indicados y que los datos proporcionados sean verdaderos, exactos, vigentes y auténticos.

La participación en el Concurso atribuye la condición de participante (en adelante, el “Participante”) única y exclusivamente en la medida en que los interesados cumplan con la totalidad de las condiciones establecidas en el presente Reglamento e implica la aceptación plena e incondicional del presente Reglamento.

El Participante -por este medio- autoriza a GenteMax para que sin ningún tipo de compensación, pago y/o indemnización pueda efectuar la difusión pública de su nombre y/o voz y/o imagen en cualquier medio, incluyendo sin que constituya limitación, medios televisivos, gráficos, internet y/o mediante cualquier otro medio de difusión o comunicación creado o a crearse, a su criterio, sin limitación de tiempo ni territorios.

Todo impuesto que deban tributar los adjudicatarios definitivos de los Premios y/o todo gasto por cualquier concepto en que incurran los favorecidos en los sorteos o los adjudicatarios definitivos de los Premios para el traslado, estadía y otros gastos para reclamar o retirar los mismos, en su caso, serán a su exclusivo cargo.

GenteMax se comunicara con los ganadores, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos correspondientes. El horario de entrega de premios será de 10:00 AM a 3:00 PM. Tanto el día como el horario podrá ser cambiado a discreción de GenteMax. La calidad de ganador y el derecho a reclamar los Premios son intransferibles. El derecho a recibir el premio caduca a los 30 días de ser puesto a disposición y no haberse retirado.

Generalidades

El sólo hecho de participar en el Concurso implica el conocimiento y la aceptación del presente Reglamento.

Cuando circunstancias no previstas lo justifiquen, GenteMax podrá cancelar, suspender y/o modificar el presente Concurso.

El presente Reglamento se encuentra a disposición de cualquier interesado en el Archivo Público de GenteMax, 5881 NW 151 St. Ste. 212., Miami Lakes, FL 33014, Lunes a Viernes de 10:30AM a 4:30PM.

El Participante declara y garantiza que tiene todos los derechos y autoridad para participar del Concurso y que no existe limitación legal, contractual, ni de cualquier otra índole que pudiera restringir y/o interferir y/o impedir el más amplio y libre ejercicio por parte de GenteMax de aquellos derechos que puedan derivarse directa y/o indirectamente de lo estipulado en este Reglamento, en particular con relación a la facultad de exhibir públicamente los ganadores.

El Participante se compromete a mantener indemne a GenteMax, frente a cualquier reclamo y/o acción judicial o extrajudicial que por cualquier concepto sea efectuada y/o dirigida y/o encausada contra GenteMax por cualquier tercero alegando directa o indirectamente que los derechos sobre el concurso o premios, su título, los libros, el formato, la banda musical y/o cualquier otro elemento integrante de la Obra violan y/o infringen y/o afectan y/o limitan y/o de cualquier otra manera lesionan un nombre comercial y/o una marca y/o un “copyright” y/o un derecho de propiedad intelectual o industrial, de un tercero.

No podrán participar en los Concursos empleados de WPB Broadcast Systems, Inc. Dba, GenteMax, de los auspiciantes del Concurso, de sus agencias de promociones y publicidad y/o de otras personas o empresas directamente vinculadas a la organización del los Concursos, ni parientes por consanguinidad hasta el segundo grado inclusive, ni tampoco los ex empleados de esas empresas o personas que se hubieren desvinculado de las mismas dentro de los 60 (sesenta) días anteriores al de la fecha de inicio del Concurso, ni sus parientes, hasta el mismo grado, ni sus amigos.

Tampoco podrán participar en el Concurso quienes hayan resultado ganadores en los últimos 60 días.
